Sensor Light Indicators

Lights Meaning
Solid blue when power on When powering the sensor, the light will remain solid blue while the sensor boots and checks for an update from our servers. This process usually takes 1-5 seconds. After this the lights will turn off indicating the sensor is asleep and will wake every 15 minutes to send a temperature reading to a hub.
Blue & yellow flashing (1 sec interval) The sensor does not have a valid serial number. The sensor will need to connect to a hub and retrieve it's serial number from our servers. Make sure a hub is on and connected in the area. This process usually takes 1-5 seconds.
Solid blue after button press This means the sensor is performing a manual readout and will upload a live reading. You can hold the button down for up to 10 seconds to delay the reading by that same amount. I.e. hold the button for 7 seconds and it will log a reading in another 7 seconds.
Solid blue & yellow The sensor is performing a firmware upgrade from our servers. This process can take up to 1 minute. Make sure the sensor has a good signal during this time.
Single yellow blink at startup or after manual readout The sensor failed to receive a receipt from a hub. This means the sensor was unable to connect to a hub to upload it's reading.
Blue & yellow flashing (0.5 sec interval) The sensor failed to This a temperature reading. This is usually due to a bad probe connection. Power off the sensor then unplug and re-plug the probe securly.
No lights when power on The sensor has no power. Check or replace the batteries.

Hub Light Indicators

Lights Meaning
Solid blue The hub is powered on and successfully connected to a Wi-Fi network.
Solid yellow The hub is attempting to connect to the saved Wi-Fi network. This can take up to 30 seconds. If it fails to turn blue after this time, make sure the Wi-Fi network is available and reset the hub and make sure you entered the credentials correctly.
Yellow blinking (1 sec interval) The hub has no saved Wi-Fi credentials. Use the IntelliSensor app to connect the hub to a Wi-Fi network.
Solid blue & yellow after holding button (for 10 sec) The hub has been reset by the user. This will reset any saved Wi-Fi credentials from the hub and disconnect from any Wi-Fi networks.
Blinking blue (1 sec interval) The hub is connected to a local Wi-Fi network but failed to connect to the internet. Check the Wi-Fi network is operating correctly and has an internet connection. You may need to restart the Wi-Fi network, restart the hub or reset the hub if problems persist.
Solid blue & yellow The hub is either performing it's own firmware upgrade from our servers or sending a firmware update to a sensor. This process can take up to 1 minute.
No lights The hub has no power. Check the usb connection, power adapter and power socket are all working and connected correctly.
